We’re boycotting the algorithm with a fresh take on print launches.

At Bicep Press we’ve spent years making fine art silkscreen prints for artists and galleries, but now we’re shaking things up. We’re not just printing editions—we’re publishing them ourselves, working with artists we love to create prints that deserve more than just a quiet online drop.

Last year, we dipped our toes into publishing when we collaborated with Mr Penfold on a limited edition print. We realised how much we loved being part of the creative process—not just producing the work, but helping bring it into the world.

So this month we’re launching ’For One Night Only’—a new kind of print event where a limited print edition is unveiled in a one-night showcase. No previews, no pre-orders—just one chance to see it in the flesh, grab a print, and experience something a bit different.

The first event is happening on Friday April 25th, 5-9pm at Midland Road Gallery, and we’re kicking things off with Adam Forsythe, a Bristol artist known for his mystical monsters and creatures.

We’re really excited to release a silkscreen print of his latest work ‘The Beast of Goblin Combe’, a painting made exclusively for this print edition—never seen before, never exhibited, just waiting to be revealed on the night!

With ‘FONO’ we wanted to create something more than just another print release that gets lost in the algorithm. The idea is to make print launches exciting, social, and a little unpredictable. One night, one print, and potentially just one chance to be part of it.

This limited edition silkscreen print will be available to buy on the night for a special tier 1 price. The remainder of the edition will be available online the following day here.
