When you purchase something from our shop, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address and email address so we can process your order and contact you. We will store this information for our records, unless you ask us to remove it. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products. We can only accept returns for purchases if the product arrives faulty or damaged.
If this happens, please contact us at
hello@bicep-press.com within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise we cannot offer an exchange or refund. We may ask for photographs of the products and packaging.
If a return is agreed, you must pay for the initial return cost of the product. This will be refunded to you in the case of a damaged/faulty item. We may need to contact you to issue a refund.
Shipping Info
All prints are shipped via fully tracked Priority UPS courier service and are professionally and securely packed in heavy duty postal tubes. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, your order should reach you within a maximum of 10 days. You will receive tracking details via email.
Please note, if ordering from outside the UK, customs charges may be payable on your order. You are responsible for paying any charges incurred.
