Also known as DELTA, Boris Tellegen is a Dutch artist well-known for being a pivotal figure in the early European graffiti movement, whose complicated and intricate work is heavily inspired by the letterforms in his graffiti. This technical print involved precise registration, and an experiment into UV fluorescent inks for the special edition.
